Oregon Rechargeable Battery Stewardship

The 2013 Oregon Rechargeable Battery Bill, HB 2938, requiring rechargeable battery manufacturers to establish a recycling program for rechargeable batteries, was introduced on Feb. 18, heard in the House Committee on Energy and Environment Feb. 28 and April 16, but did not move forward and is dead.

Washington Small Rechargeable Battery Stewardship Act

The 2013 Washington Small Rechargeable Battery Stewardship Act, introduced Jan. 24, is now dead.
