The Washington members of the NWPSC have developed a Position Statement on Product Stewardship (PDF).
This Position Statement describes the views of the Washington Members of the NWPSC Steering Committee on the use of product stewardship polices for the management of toxic and hard to handle products at their end of life.
This document was used to engage a broad range of Washington stakeholders in a dialog about product stewardship policies and programs.
After consultation with stakeholders, the Position Statement was finalized in January 2015.
