PaintCare's annual report for 2013 on the Oregon Paint Stewardship Pilot Program, recently made permanent, was released on Sept. 3. Highlights include an increase in gallons collected (more than 580,000 gal.), increase in convenience metrics, and a decrease in collection costs.
