Washington: the House Committee on Environment heard HB 1496 (An act relating to the disposal of residential sharps waste) on Feb. 17, 2011, it was referred to the House Committee on Health & Human Services Appropriations & Oversight but no action was taken and the bill died. Washington Sharps Waste Disposal Act (HB 1496)
